1 General Terms & Conditions

Tkak (tkak.asia) is an online gaming platform offering Live Casino, slots, and Sports Betting to users in Bangladesh. On this page, "tkak", "we", and "platform" refer to tkak.asia and its operating entity. "Member", "user", and "you" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.

These Terms & Conditions take effect as soon as you access tkak or use any of its services. The rules are subject to change — a notification will be sent each time an update is made. However, it is the member's own responsibility to review them regularly.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at tkak, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID card or birth registration certificate may be requested for age verification.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• The name, mobile number, and all other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• Tkak accounts are non-transferable — selling or giving your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

If unusual activity is detected on an account, tkak reserves the right to temporarily suspend it for verification at any time. The member will be notified immediately, and the account will be reinstated once verification is complete.

3 Deposit Policy

Tkak currently supports bKash and Nagad for deposits. Here are a few important things to keep in mind when making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount depends on the payment method used. The current minimum can be viewed on the deposit page after logging in.
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 1–3 minutes. If there is a delay due to network issues, please contact support.
• Payment processing information is stored on tkak's servers at the time of deposit — however, your mobile banking PIN is never stored.
• Deposit using a mobile banking account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party numbers may cause complications.

4 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals from tkak:

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered to the account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and maximum daily limit can be viewed after logging in — these vary according to the member's VIP level.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members enjoy faster processing times.
• For large withdrawals, you may be asked to verify your identity with an NID or birth registration certificate.
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

If you need to cancel a withdrawal request, contact support before processing begins. Once the process has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

5 Bonus & Promo Terms

Tkak regularly offers a variety of bonuses and vouchers. The general terms for bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements (for example, 20x the bonus amount). Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Any unused bonus credits remaining after a bonus expires will be automatically cancelled.
• You cannot activate a new bonus while one is already active — wait for the current bonus to end before claiming the next one.
• Each bonus can be used once per account — it is not possible to claim the same code twice.
• For some bonuses, bets placed outside of specified games will not count toward wagering requirements — this is stated in each bonus's details.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only — it does not apply to existing accounts.

Tkak reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time. However, for bonuses already in progress, the terms will remain the same until they expire.

6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

All games on tkak are developed by internationally certified software providers and powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures that every game outcome is entirely random.

• In Live Casino games, real dealers operate live from a studio — there is no video manipulation of any kind.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on the server — reconnecting will show you the correct outcome.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome in any game, tkak reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned in Sports Betting, the bet is voided and the original stake is returned.

Tkak does not prohibit the use of gaming strategies or systems — however, operating an account through automated bots or software is strictly forbidden.

7 Responsible Gaming

Tkak believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a cause of financial stress or mental strain. To support this, tkak has put several tools in place:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own maximum daily or weekly deposit limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your own account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkak. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Making deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to tkak's servers or software.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access or use your account.
• Harassing other members or attempting to defraud them.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Members can close their account at any time. To do so, Help Center Submit your request. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Tkak may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If prohibited activity is detected.
• If identity verification is incomplete.
• If financial fraud is suspected.
• After prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

10 Rule Changes & Contact

Tkak reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:
